Frequently Asked Question

Q: WILL BE CHARGE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?

A: All residents within the state of Texas will be charge state sale tax on their    purchases (8.25%).

Q: WHAT IF I BOUTH SOMETHING AND THEN IT GOES ON SALE?

A: Sale and discount prices are only valid during the time of sale. If you will like to pay to return your items at your expense, and repurchase the item during the sale, you are more than welcome to so, following our return guidelines. 

Q: CAN I USE PROMO/DISCOUNT CODES ON ALREADY DISCOUNT OR SALE ITEMS?

A: Promo codes will not apply to already discounted sale items. If you do this, your purchase will be canceled and refunded back to you.

Q:  WHAT IF I FORGOT TO USE MY PROMO/DISCOUNT CODE?

A: Promo codes can only be applied at the time of purchase. If purchase has been completed, we can't go back in and apply any promo codes to the sale.

Q: CAN I COMBINE PROMO/DISCOUNT CODES?

A: Staking or promo codes is not allowed at this time. Only one promo code per purchase is valid.

Q: WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

A: You will receive and email at the address you provided at the checkout with your order confirmation within 12 business hours of ordering, unless delay have been stated. You will also receive an email with shipping and tracking updates when your item has been processed and shipped.

Q: CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SALE OR DISCOUNT ITEMS?

A: ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL. This includes any and all discount promo codes used at the time of checkout.

Q: I NEED TO RETURN PART OR ALL OF MY ORDER...

A: Return are accepted within 7 days from the date or delivery in the unused original condition in which it was sent with tags still attached. You will be issued a store credit to use, minus or shipping and handling cost.

Q: I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I CHANGE MY MINE CAN I CANCEL?

A: Orders will not be cancelled once placed. If you purchased any custom item, preorder item, any one of a kind item, or any items during an EVENT OR SALE weekend/day, we can't cancel your order. In addition, our emails are only checked during normal business hours, listed in our "Store info" section on the website.
